Step 3: Fee Proposal

Step 4: Service Agreement and Initial Invoice
If you’re happy with the fee proposal, Monika will then send you a service agreement, followed by an invoice. The next step is a thorough site survey, which forms the basis for any floorplan redesigns, drawings, and furniture layouts.
